Council is building a complete picture of every AI tool we use โ€” for the AG, residents, and our AIRC. Your responses populate it for {department} directly. No follow-up, no chasing.

Five minutes max. Honest answers only โ€” "I tried ChatGPT once last month" is exactly the kind of thing we need to know.

  1. Which AI tools do you (or your team) currently use, including any web-based products like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot?
  2. Are any of your team members using personal/individual AI accounts (e.g. ChatGPT personal) for work tasks?
  3. Does your team operate any AI-enabled feature inside an existing council system (e.g. M365 Copilot, RPA, document classifier)?
  4. Are any AI tools you use making decisions that affect residents (planning, rates, complaints, eligibility)?
  5. Is any AI tool you use trained on, or sent, resident personal information?
  6. Has your team procured any AI service in the last 12 months without it going through the AI Review Committee?
  7. Is there an AI tool you'd like to pilot that you've held off on because the governance path is unclear?
