The suite packaged for the operations of a league, a club or a sporting body: competitions and fixtures, membership and ticketing, player and official registrations, contracts and salary cap compliance, integrity and anti-doping processes, member protection and child safeguarding, venues and match-day operations, commercial and broadcast rights, community grants and the reporting an integrity authority, a sponsor and the board expect, as governed AI agents that never pick a team, make an umpiring call or decide an integrity matter.
For professional leagues and clubs, national and state sporting bodies, stadium and event operators, and the integrity, anti-doping and safeguarding authorities they answer to.
What exists today, and what does not
This package is named and its scope is written. The service catalogue, the service pages, the agents, the gates and the evidence records are not yet built, and nothing runs for a customer. The rails it will run on, AIG Sentinel and Meshbone, exist today and are the same rails MeshGov runs on. When the first service is built we will say which one, and until then the status on this page stays as it is.
What the MeshSport catalogue is being written to cover
The operations of sport and major events, as governed AI services. Each line below will become one or more services in the catalogue, with its own page naming the agents, the decisions that stay with a person, the records it keeps and the standards it is mapped to. Until then this is scope, not a product.
- Competitions, fixtures and draws: the season prepared by agents against venue, broadcast and rest rules, approved by the competition manager
- Membership, ticketing and fan care: joins, renewals, seating, refunds and complaints, within the consumer rules of each jurisdiction
- Player, official and volunteer registrations: eligibility, accreditation, working-with-children checks and the record each competition requires
- Contracts, payments and salary cap compliance: the contract record, the payments reconciled against it and every breach raised for a person to decide
- Integrity and anti-doping processes: whereabouts, testing records, betting and match-fixing indicators and sanctions, each decision taken by the body that holds the power to take it
- Member protection and child safeguarding: complaints and concerns logged, escalated and reported within the time the law and the sport's policies require
- Venues, match-day and event operations: safety plans, incidents, accreditation, crowd and security records, and the reconciliation with the venue
- Commercial, broadcast and community programmes: rights obligations, sponsor deliverables, grants to clubs and the reporting to the integrity authority, the sponsors and the board, from one evidence chain
The baseline we expect to align to
Sport has no single reference architecture the way banking has BIAN. We expect to take the World Anti-Doping Code and its international standards, the sport integrity framework and safeguarding standards of each jurisdiction, the sport governance principles its national sports commission publishes, and each jurisdiction's consumer, privacy and child safety law as the policy source, and to align ticketing and venue safety to the standards the stadium industry already uses. Arrochar Labs is not affiliated with the World Anti-Doping Agency or any sport integrity authority, and none of them has reviewed anything here. MeshSport is an operations package. It will not select a team, make an officiating or medical decision, or decide an integrity, anti-doping or disciplinary matter, and no service in the catalogue will be written to. The choice of baseline is not final and will be stated on the service pages when the catalogue is published.
