AWS AI Partner
Our products deploy on AWS in the region the customer chooses. Model inference runs in region through Amazon Bedrock where the region offers it, so customer data stays where the customer put it.
Google Cloud AI Partner
The same products run on Google Cloud for organisations standardised there, with in-region model inference through Vertex AI. One governed platform, whichever cloud the customer already runs on.
Anthropic Partner
Arrochar Labs is a member of the Claude Partner Network. Where a product uses a model to draft, it drafts with Claude, inside guardrails that hold every decision for a named person.
NVIDIA Inception Program
Arrochar Labs is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program for technology companies building with AI, which gives us access to NVIDIA technical resources and training as the suite grows.

Pre-approved government panels
Getting onto a government panel means independent vetting of capability, financial standing, insurances and past performance. That work is done. Buyers at every tier of Australian government can approach us through an arrangement that already meets their procurement rules.

The Digital Transformation Agency's marketplace for digital and ICT procurement. Federal buyers can approach us directly through BuyICT for AI governance, data and technology strategy work.
ICT Services Scheme SCM0020
The NSW Government prequalification scheme for ICT services. We are an approved supplier across advisory, cloud products, data and analytics, machine learning and AI, managed services, solution design and telecommunications.
Performance and Management Services Scheme SCM0005
The NSW Government prequalification scheme for business advisory work. It covers strategy, governance and transformation projects that sit alongside the technology.
ICT Services Panel 1303B
The Queensland Government's whole-of-government ICT services panel. Queensland departments and eligible bodies can buy from us without running an open tender.
Local Government Procurement
We are an LGP Approved Contractor for ICT products, services and consulting. NSW councils can use the LGP contract rather than running their own tender.
Local Buy
We are a Local Buy Pre-Qualified Supplier. Queensland councils and other eligible buyers can purchase from us under Local Buy arrangements that already meet their procurement obligations.

How to buy through a panel
Pick the panel that covers you
Federal, state or local: there is a pre-approved route for each tier of Australian government. If you are unsure which applies, ask us and we will confirm it.
Request a quote through it
Send the brief through the panel's own channel, or straight to us quoting the panel. The vetting of our capability, insurances and financial standing is already done.
Contract on standard terms
Each panel carries its own head agreement, so there are no terms to negotiate from scratch. Work starts under an order, not a tender.
Both our software and our consulting services can be bought this way. Outside Australia, or outside government, we contract directly.
