Industry solution in preparation: Telecommunications

Run the network operator on governed AI.MeshTelco is ASP™, the Arrochar Superintelligence Platform, packaged for telecommunications.

The platform packaged for the operations of a telecommunications company: orders and provisioning, faults and assurance, billing and disputes, number and identity management, complaints, wholesale and the reporting a communications regulator expects, as governed AI services on one platform.

For carriers, mobile and fixed-line operators, wholesale network providers and retail service providers.

Work in progress

What exists today, and what does not

This package is named and its scope is written. The service catalogue, the service pages, the agents, the gates and the evidence records are not yet built, and nothing runs for a customer. The rails it will run on, AIG Sentinel and Meshbone, exist today and are the same rails MeshGov runs on. When the first service is built we will say which one, and until then the status on this page stays as it is.

The scope

What the MeshTelco catalogue is being written to cover

The operations of telecommunications, as governed AI services. Each line below will become one or more services in the catalogue, with its own page naming the agents, the decisions that stay with a person, the records it keeps and the standards it is mapped to. Until then this is scope, not a product.

  • Order to activation: the order, the qualification, the appointment and the provisioning hand-offs
  • Faults and service assurance: tickets, diagnosis, truck rolls and the customer kept informed
  • Billing, adjustments and disputes, with every credit approved under a delegation
  • Number porting, SIM and identity: the checks that stop a port-out fraud, done by a person where the rules require it
  • Complaints and ombudsman matters: logged, investigated and answered within the industry code's time limits
  • Wholesale and partner management: orders, service levels and the reconciliation of charges
  • Field workforce and contractor management: scheduling, competencies and site access
  • Reporting to the regulator, the ombudsman and the board, from one evidence chain
The baseline

The baseline we expect to align to

We expect to align to the TM Forum Open Digital Architecture, its Business Process Framework (eTOM) and its Open APIs, which large operators already use to map their estate, and to take each jurisdiction's telecommunications consumer protection rules as the policy source. Arrochar Labs is not a TM Forum member, and TM Forum has not reviewed anything here. The choice of baseline is not final and will be stated on the service pages when the catalogue is published.

How it will be built

The same way as MeshGov and MeshFin

Every industry solution follows one formula. AIG Sentinel defines the policy, Meshbone enforces it at run time, Nanolitte carries the controls into reusable service templates, Databallast controls what data the agents may access, AgentGUARD™ guards every agent, and the evidence chain records what happened. The catalogue for this industry will name its services, the decisions that stay with a person, and the standards it is mapped to, service by service, exactly as the MeshFin catalogue does for banking.

How it fits together

Not just AI agents. An architecture for accountable ones.

Each part of ASP™ does one job, in order, and hands the next part something it can check. That is the difference between building AI agents and running them so an auditor, a regulator or a minister can see what happened.

Before the first build, Orbit Roadmaps finds where AI creates value and profiles the risk.

After it, Execdive turns what the chain recorded into plain-language insight for executives.

Policy, enforcement, templates, data, controls, evidence. Then services.

This describes the architecture, not what every deployment runs today: 5 of the 27 AgentGUARD™ controls are still in development.

  1. AIG Sentineldefines policy
  2. Meshboneenforces policy at run time
  3. Nanolittecarries the controls into reusable service templates
  4. Databallastcontrols what data the agent may access
  5. AgentGUARD™is the cross-platform control set
  6. Evidence chainrecords what happened
  7. MeshGovuses the whole thing for government services
  8. MeshFinuses the whole thing for banking and financial services
