Nanolitte

Full-stack agentic AI for the enterprise

Build the agentic AI microservices that run your organisation - CRM, ERP, service management, asset and regulatory processes - and own an AI-native core instead of renting someone else's monolith.

The market

The enterprise suite era is ending

The systems that run large organisations - Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP - are monolithic suites built for an era when software recorded work and humans did it. Every process is shaped around the vendor's data model, every seat is licensed, and every change waits on the vendor's roadmap.

Agentic AI inverts that: agents don't just record the work, they do it. That makes the natural unit of enterprise software an agentic microservice - one governed agent per process - not a thousand-seat suite. Nanolitte is the platform for building those services: compose the agentic core of your organisation service by service, then deploy and govern every one of them on Meshbone.

How Nanolitte helps your organisation

Build agentic services for core processes

Compose AI microservices for customer, finance, service, asset and regulatory processes - agents that do the work, with humans approving the decisions that matter.

Replace suites service by service

Retire monolith modules incrementally - one process at a time - rather than betting the organisation on a big-bang migration.

Own your core, don't rent it

Services built on Nanolitte are yours: your data model, your process logic, your pace of change - not a per-seat licence to a vendor's roadmap.

Deploy on Meshbone, governed from day one

Every service ships to the Meshbone control plane with ownership, cost and policy conformance attached - accountable by design.

What Nanolitte does

CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects and platform leaders ready to replace suite licences with an agentic core they own.

  • Platform for building agentic AI microservices
  • First modules: Contract Management, Regulation, CRM, Asset Management, Grants Management, Local Council-in-a-Box
  • Service blueprints for CRM, ERP, ITSM, asset and regulatory processes
  • Human-in-the-loop approval and escalation built into every service
  • Composable services on your own data model and business logic
  • Incremental, service-by-service migration off monolithic suites
  • One-step deployment to the Meshbone control plane
  • Governance, audit trail and policy conformance inherited from the framework

How every deployment is structured

Standard rails. Made-to-measure services.

The governance platform is ready-made and the same for every customer, so its assurance is reused: assessed once, carried into every service, while each service is still assessed on its own. The services that run on it are built to fit the way your organisation actually works. You get software that fits, and it is still governed.

Before the build. Before anything is built, Orbit Roadmaps maps where AI adds value across the organisation and sequences the work into a costed, phased roadmap. The build follows the roadmap, not the other way round. Orbit Roadmaps

Governance rails

Ready-made. Identical for every customer.

AIG SentinelMeshboneAgentGUARD™

AIG Sentinel sets the policy and holds the evidence. Meshbone enforces it at run time on every agent and service. AgentGUARD™ is the set of rogue-agent controls the rails enforce on every agent they run. Because the rails are the same everywhere, an assessor who has assessed them once need not assess them again for the next service. Each service still carries its own assessment of its purpose, data, risks, integrations, rules and model use. The rails make that assessment smaller. They do not replace it.

Service templates

Productised. Drawn from the catalogue.

Nanolitte

Grants, cases, permits, procurement, records, assets: each starts from a template that already runs on the rails, with intake, assessment, decision and record built in. A new service begins most of the way there rather than from a blank page.

Made to measure

Built for you. Kept small by design, measured on every build.

NanolitteDataballastExecdive

Your rules, your data model, your thresholds and your approval chain, configured and coded onto the template. This is where the hard part of any regulated service lives: the legislation, the exceptions, the delegations and the systems you keep. So we scope that share in three columns before a build starts, standard, configured and coded, and report it in the same three when it ends. Anything a second customer could use goes back into the template.

Run and support

Ongoing, on the platform.

Meshbone

Hosting, monitoring, policy re-attestation and upgrades, in your region. After go-live your own team changes a threshold or a form within guardrails, without waiting on us.

The rule

No made-to-measure build without the platform underneath it. That is the rule that keeps a custom service governed, upgradeable and provable, rather than a fork somebody has to maintain by hand forever.

AgentGUARD™

Guarded by AgentGUARD™

Every agent, ours or yours, under the same four classes of control

Directive, preventive, detective and corrective. Written in AIG Sentinel, enforced at the gateway in front of the model, carried in every Nanolitte template, evidenced on one chain.

Nanolitte: carries it in the template. The hold-and-approve engine, the delegations and the guardrails travel inside every service template, so a made-to-measure build starts guarded rather than having the guard added later.

See the controls
1

Directive

What the agent is allowed to do, as data.

2

Preventive

What stops it before it acts.

3

Detective

How we know when it goes wrong.

4

Corrective

How it is stopped, reversed and fixed.

How it fits together

Not just AI agents. An architecture for accountable ones.

Each part of ASP™ does one job, in order, and hands the next part something it can check. That is the difference between building AI agents and running them so an auditor, a regulator or a minister can see what happened.

Before the first build, Orbit Roadmaps finds where AI creates value and profiles the risk.

After it, Execdive turns what the chain recorded into plain-language insight for executives.

Policy, enforcement, templates, data, controls, evidence. Then services.

This describes the architecture, not what every deployment runs today: 5 of the 27 AgentGUARD™ controls are still in development.

  1. AIG Sentineldefines policy
  2. Meshboneenforces policy at run time
  3. Nanolittecarries the controls into reusable service templates
  4. Databallastcontrols what data the agent may access
  5. AgentGUARD™is the cross-platform control set
  6. Evidence chainrecords what happened
  7. MeshGovuses the whole thing for government services

One architecture, every product

A full AI-agentic experience

Every Arrochar Labs product is built the same way: agentic, event-driven, and governed with human-in-the-loop controls, so AI does the work while your people stay in control.

Agentic

AI agents do the work, end to end. Every product runs on autonomous agents that take action across your processes, not just a chat box, but software that actually gets the job done.

Event-driven

It reacts in real time. Products respond to what's actually happening (new data, a policy breach, an incoming request, a change in your estate) instead of waiting on a batch run or a person to press go.

Human-in-the-loop

Your people stay in control. Approval gates, oversight and a tamper-evident audit trail keep every agent accountable, so automation never runs unchecked.
